NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 20, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-052399 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is Plaintiff and CHARLES ODOM, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13 day of February, 2017 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 402, VILLAGEWALK OF BONITA SPRINGS, PHASE 2, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 81, Pages 44 through 64, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
