NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 17, 2016, in Civil Case No. 14-CA-052036, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and JOHN ROBERTS A/K/A JOHN J. ROBERT, SR.; TOSCA CASON A/K/A TOSCA M. ROBERTS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TOSCA CASON A/K/A TOSCA M. ROBERTS; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 NKA SOMOLEYAH ROBERTS; UNKNOWN TENANT II NKA MERCEDES ROBERTS; CHASE BANK USA, N.A.; CACH, LLC are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com on 15 day of February, 2017 on, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 28, OF CITY VIEW PARK NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
