NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16 day of November, 2016, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-002629, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA CORPORATION, FOREIGN CORPORATION, BAC GP, LLC A FOREIGN LIMITED LIABILITY, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., A FOREIGN LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, FEDERAL HOME LOANS MORTGAGE CORPORATION, A FOREIGN CORPORATION; SECURITY NATIONAL MORTGAGE COMPANY, A FOREIGN CORPORATION LAW OFFICES OF DAVID J. STERN, P.A., A FLORIDA PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION AND ROBERTSON, ANSCHUTZ & SCHNEID, P.L., A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY CORPORATION, is the Counter-Plaintiff and EUGENE KAZMARK, PATRICIA KAZMARK AND CHRISTOPHER BUTLER, are counter-defendants.
