NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Re-Establishment of Lost Note dated November 16, 2016, in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, QUAIL RUN TEHCNOLOGIES, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and ISABELLE A. JAMES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ISABELLE A. JAMES N/K/A JOSH SHIPLEY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR DECISION ONE MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC; BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; FLORIDA GOVERNMENTAL UTILITY AUTHORITY and LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on December 16, 2016, at 9:00 A.M. to the highest bidder for cash on line at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statute, after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 50, UNIT 10, REPLAT OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 295, PAGE 318, AND PLAT BOOK 12, AT PAGE 52, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
including the buildings, appurtenances, and fixtures located thereon.
Property address: 301 East Jersey Road, Lehigh Acres, FL 33936 (“Subject Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
