BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE CENTER LINE OF RALEIGH STREET AND ECONOMY STREET; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE CENTER LINE OF ECONOMY STREET FOR 304.15 FEET; THENCE AT 90 DEGREES NORTHERLY 25 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LAND HEREBY CONVEYED; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE NORTHERLY SIDE OF ECONOMY STREET FOR 65 FEET; THENCE AT 90° NORTHERLY FOR 150 FEET; THENCE AT 90 DEGREES WESTERLY FOR 65 FEET; THENCE SOUTHERLY AT 90 DEGREES FOR 150 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LANDS HEREIN CONVEYED.
