NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2016, entered in Case No. 16-CA-002820 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for GSAA Home Equity Trust 2007-6, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-6 is the Plaintiff and Janice L. Kapnick a/k/a Janice Kapnick; and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Decision One Mortgage Company, LLC are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on January 4, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 41 AND 42, BLOCK 2, CORAL POINT UNRECORDED, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 150, PAGES 315 TO 320, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
