AS SUCCESSOR TO LASALLE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and PAULINE J. HIGHTOWER A/K/A PAULINE HIGHTOWER; JAMES E. HIGHTOWER A/K/A JAMES HIGHTOWER; TENANT #1 N/K/A JAMES E. HIGHTOWER, JR. are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on January 30, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
