NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 17, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-051027 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and MARK MYERS A/K/A MARK A. MYERS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 755, VILLAGEWALK OF BONITA SPRINGS, PHASE 3 according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Instrument No. 2006000121488, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
