AT www.lee.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on December 19, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
BEING A PORTION OF LOT 4, BONITA FARMS, IN SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 4; THENCE NORTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 4 FOR 746.46 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LANDS HEREIN CONVEYED; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH ALONG THE EAST LINE 75 FEET; THENCE WEST PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 4, 166.43 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE CENTERLINE OF A ROADWAY EASEMENT 60 FEET IN WIDTH; THENCE SOUTH 75 FEET ON A LINE PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 4; THENCE EAST 166.43 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING (SAID PROPERTY BEING KNOWN AS LOT 58 OF JARVIS UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION IN SAID LOT 4.);
