OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC (hereafter “Plaintiff'), is Plaintiff and LINDA F. JONES; CROSS CREEK ESTATES ASSOCIATON, INC.; CITIFINANCIAL, SEARS, ROEBUCK AND CO.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA F. JONES, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 22ND day of DECEMBER, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 5, CROSS CREEK ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 41 THROUGH 60, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
