DAVID SIMS, Esq. of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes, and Holt, P.A. Post Office Box 280, Fort Myers, Florida 33902-0280, Attorney for HENRY DICKINSON, Petitioner, on or before January 3, 2017, and file the original with the Lee County Clerk of this Court at Post Office Box 2469, Fort Myers, Florida 33902, before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
The action is asking the Court to decide how the following real or personal property should be divided: bank accounts in Lee County, Florida.
