Unit D, Building 1247, EAGLESWOOD PHASE 4, A Condominium, as described in the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1627, Page 1093, and all subsequent amendments, according to the Condominium Plat Book 3, Pages 68-70, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, along with all the common elements appurtenant thereto.
has been filed against you and you are required to file a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on NATALIA OUELLETTE, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Law Office Grant D.
