TO: ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OR THIER SUCCESSOR IN TRUST UNDER THE ELENA ARCHI TRUST DATED MAY 29, 2001, AS AMENDED FEBRUARY 8, 2004, if living, and if deceased, any respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against them, and all parties having any right, title or interest in the property herein described including heirs, devisees and creditors of them.
The property herein described is as follows:
Unit 1811, THE CONDOMINIUM ON THE BAY, TOWER II, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1546, Page 1511, as amended and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 19, Page 33 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, TOGETHER WITH the right to use as Limited Common Elements, Parking Space Number 120 and Lock Number 1811.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint for foreclosure of Claim of Lien has been filed and commenced in this court by THE CONDOMINIUM ON THE BAY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on David J. Fredericks, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication or 12/26/16; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER (Sarasota Edition).
