NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25th, 2016, and entered in Case No. 58-2016-CA-002096 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which CIT Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Angela M. Havens, Bruce Langworthy, as an Heir to the Estate of Nancy Langworthy a/k/a Nancy A. Langworthy a/k/a Nancy Lee Langworthy a/k/a Nancy Alderman Langworthy, deceased, Harvest Credit Management VI-B, LLC, successor in interest to Direct Merchant Bank, N.A, State of Florida Department of Revenue, Sunrise Golf Club Condominium Association, Inc, Sunrise Road Maintenance Association, Inc., The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Nancy Langworthy a/k/a Nancy A. Langworthy a/k/a Nancy Lee Langworthy a/k/a Nancy Alderman Langworthy, deceased, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 27th day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
