NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2016, and entered in 2016 CA 001835 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and STEVE L. GRIFFIN; LINDA J. GRIFFIN; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on January 11, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, NEWTOWN ESTATES UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 17, 17A AND 17B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
