Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment entered in the above-styled Case Number 2016 CA 003824 NC on November 16, 2016 in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 3209, CASA DEL SOL, a Condominium, Section II, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2042, Page 176, and subsequent amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 27, Page 17, and as amended in Condominium Plat Book 27, Pages 50, 50A through 50D, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on December 21, 2016. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
