NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 20 September, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015 CA 002475 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Auburn Lakes Condominium Association, Inc., Brian J. Skelly, Toby K Skelly, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 27th of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 203, AUBURN LARES, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #1999048329, AS AMENDED; AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 33, AT PAGE 19, 19A AND 19B, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
