NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated November 7, 2016, entered in Case No. 2007-CA-013538SC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA is the Plaintiff and LOOSMAN, RALPH R; LOOSMAN, LINDA W; Robin L. Miller, As Trustee, For The Provision Of A Trust Agreement Dated November 9, 2006, Known As The Estates Drive Land Trust; The Unknown Beneficiaries Of The Estates Drive Land Trust Agreement Dated November 9, 2006; National City Bank; Tenant #1 N/K/A Charlie Oxx; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claiman; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 22nd day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
