YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on September 30, 2016 a Complaint was been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Christopher Marsala, attorney for John DeCarlo, whose address is 5150 Tamiami Trail North, Suite 602, Naples, Florida 34103 and file the original with the clerk of the above styled court on or before January 2, 2017 otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint.
All parties claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property described herein below by, through, under or against Joy V. Flavell.
The nature of the proceeding is an action for breah of contract wherein Plaintiff entered into contract to purchase real property located at 2726 Nodosa Drive, Sarasota, Florida 34232 from Joy V. Flavell on or about December 7, 2015 and Defendant failed to vacate the premises and consent to the release of funds held in escrow for said purpose to Plaintiff. Plaintiff seeks payment of the escrowed funds to Plaintiff through the action titled John DeCarlo v. Joy V. Flavell Case No.: 2016-CA-005055, in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for Sarasota County, FL.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
