NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2016, entered in Case No. 2016 CA 001113 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Phillip Colpas; Unknown Spouse of Phillip Colpas; Wells Fargo Bank, N.A are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 27th day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE CENTER OF SECTION 21, TOWNS HIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST,; THENCE RUN EAST 1347 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 40 FEET; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 335 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 90 FEET; THENCE RUN WEST 110 FEET; THENCE NORTH 90 FEET; THENCE EAST 110 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. TOGETHER WITH RIGHT OF WAY FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS TO FRUITVILLE ROAD. LYING AND BEING IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
