NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-011616 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Joyce Ann Milhoan are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on December 12, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 51-C, OF PLACE ONE CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED .00398 INTEREST IN COMMON ELEMENTS AND APPURTENANCES TO SAID UNIT, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3809, PAGE 886, AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
