JESSICA JENNY SANTANA; FOUNDATION FINANCE COMPANY, LLC; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, the name being fictitious to account for unknown party in possession; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, the name being fictitious to account for unknown party in possession; and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants,

NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment in favor of Plaintiff, The Hammocks Townhomes Homeowners Association, Inc., entered in this action on the 8th day of November, 2016, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on December 30, 2016 at 10:00 A.M., the following described property:
Lot 5 in Block 31 of HAMMOCKS, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 107 at Page 45, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 8534 Gablebend Way, Tampa, Florida 33647, (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
