This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Business Law Group, P.A., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 301 W. Platt St., #375, Tampa, FL 33606, no later than JAN 9 2017 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
