NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 08, 2016, and entered in 13-CA-1008 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NA, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-11 is the Plaintiff and JACK D. COPLEY; SUSAN L. ABRAHAMS are the Defendant(s). BEGIN AT THE SE CORNER OF THE SW 1/4, IF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA RUN THENCE NORTH ON THE QUARTER SECTION LINE 601.92 FEET; RUN THENCE WEST 25 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING; RUN THENCE WEST 252.20 FEET; RUN THENCE NORTH 172.72 FEET; RUN THENCE EAST 252.20 FEET; RUN THENCE SOUTH 172.72 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGGINNING.
