NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2016, and entered in 13-CA-008670 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-SD1, is the Plaintiff and APRIL L. BURNHAM; ROBERT P. BROUGHTON, JR.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; AUTO OWNERS INSURANCE COMPANY; are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 28, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
