NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 13, 2016, and entered in 16-CA-001704 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and ROGER OWENS; SUSAN V. HAHN A/K/A SUSAN V. HAHN OWENS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 10, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
