NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2016 in the above action, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Hillsborough, Florida, on December 19, 2016, at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
Lot 5, Block 22, Town `N Country Park, Section 9, Unit 11, According to Map of Plat Thereof As Recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 5, of the Public Records of Hillsborough, County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
