NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-016409 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Paul Bryan Cannon and Thomas A. Phelps are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on December 28, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 348.5 FEET OF THE WEST 137.50 FEET OF THE EAST 912.50 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA LESS THE NORTH 30 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
