NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 16, 2016, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-002390 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Evelio Pena, Odalys Floch, Carl C. Giovenco, Coastal Constructors, Josell J. Fuentes, Liuba Gomez, Marilyn M. Weekley f/k/a Marilyn M. Giovenco, Roseann M. Giovenco, Speeler Foundations Inc, Vincent J. Giovenco, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 29th day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
