NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorney's Fees and Costs, dated November 16, 2016 entered in Case Number: 2016-CA-000116, of the County Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ST. CHARLES PLACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and SOLLENA THARPE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SOLLENA THARPE, and MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO ASPIRE, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at a public sale on the 25th of January, 2017 at 10:00 AM, after having first given notice as required, electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorney's Fees and Costs, to-wit:
Lot 21, ST. CHARLES PLACE PHASE 5, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded at Plat Book 107, Page 109-110, in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
(commonly known as 6922 Marble Fawn Place, Riverview, Florida 33578)
