NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 16, 2016, and entered in 09-CA-008313 DIV H of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2007-WMC1 TRUST is the Plaintiff and DIMITRIOS KASSAPOGLU; CITY OF TAMPA, FLORDIA are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 04, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 17, AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE SOUTH, BROADMOOR PARK REVISED, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBORUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
