NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 15, 2016, and entered in 09-CA-016801 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and DAVID DAYAN; RONIT DAYAN; BRENTWOOD AT LIVEOAK PRESERVE ASSOCIATION INC; LIVE OAK PRESERVE ASSOCIATION INC; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 12, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
