NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27th, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-005010 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which HMC Assets LLC, solely in its capacity as Separate Trustee of Community Development Fund I Trust, is the Plaintiff and Independent savings plan company dba ISPC, Miriam Maldonado, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First Magnus Financial Corporation, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Sheila Garcia, Wilson Garcia, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 15, BLOCK 9, HILLSIDE UNIT NO 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45 PAGE 53, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
