NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale docketed November 28, 2016, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-002000 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Andrew Giordano a/k/a Andrew J. Giordano, Colette Giordano a/k/a Colette A. Giordano, Suntrust Bank, The Villages of OakCreek Master Association, Inc., a Dissolved Corporation, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 29th day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
