NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 15, 2016, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-024385, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff and BILL J. SHORT; CINDY L. SHORT; MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION N/K/A GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; FISHHAWK RANCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 28TH day of DECEMBER, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
