NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 16, 2016, and entered in 12-CA-008655 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, VINCENT A. FAKESS, DECEASED; JOHN ALLEN FAKESS ALSO KNOWN AS JOHN A. FAKESS, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF VINCENT A. FAKESS, DECEASED; TENANT #1 NKA CHARLIE LEWIS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 04, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
