NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 08, 2016, and entered in 16-CA-006719 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein LIBERTY HOME EQUITY SOLUTIONS, INC., FORMERLY KNOWN AS GENWORTH FINANCIAL HOME EQUITY ACCESS, INC. is the Plaintiff and GLORIA LOMAS PHILMORE A/K/A GLORIA L. PHILMORE A/K/A GLORIA PHILMORE; SAMARAH P. BRINSON A/K/A SAMARAH L. BRINSON, AS REMAINDERMAN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 17, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
