NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 16 November, 2016, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-010097 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.s. Bank, National Association, As Successor Trustee To Bank Of America, N.a., As Successor To Lasalle Bank, N.a. As Trustee For The Holders Of The First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-backed Certificates, Series 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and Bobbie J. Eickholt, Charles W Fisher, Kenneth D. Porter, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 4th of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
