NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 16 November, 2016, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-012524 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A,, as Trustee of SAMI II 2006-AR3, is the Plaintiff and Benito Marrero, Lina Morreno a/k/a Lina Marrero, The Grand Reserve Condominiums Association at Tampa, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 4th of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
