NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2016 and entered in Case No.: 16-003318-CI-08 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and BAY AREA HOUSING & DEVELOPMENT CORP., is the Defendant. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on December 20, 2016 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 19, John M. Park Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 8 Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part of.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
