NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 19th, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-002668-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, is the Plaintiff and Kevin Chace, Ridgemoor Master Association, Inc., Silvia Chace, The Homes At Coventry Village Homeowners' Association, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 20th day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
