NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 721.855(6), Florida Statutes, the Foreclosure Trustee will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the Resort Office at THE ISLANDER, A CONDOMINIUM, located at 17006 Gulf Boulevard, North Redington Beach, Florida 33708, on Tuesday, December 27, 2016, beginning at 11:00 A.M., the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described below.
Pursuant to a Notice of Appointment of Foreclosure Trustee recorded in O.R. Book17385, commencing at Page 2418, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, The Islander Condominium Association, Inc., has appointed Christie S. Jones, P.A. as its Trustee for the purposes of performing the trustee foreclosure of assessment liens pursuant to Section 721.855, Florida Statutes. The name and address of the Trustee is Christie S. Pursuant to Chapter 721, Florida Statutes, and its Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, and the Declaration of Condominium described above (collectively, the “Documents), The Islander Condominium Association, Inc. is empowered to make and collect regular and special assessments for common expenses, maintenance fees and real estate taxes against the unit weeks which constitute a part of THE ISLANDER, A CONDOMINIUM.
