NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 4, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-000765-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ROBERT A. PEREZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT A. PEREZ; LAFAYETTE SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 9 day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 114, BUILDING “B”, OF LAFAYETTE SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN INDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS , CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5254, PAGES 550 THROUGH 611, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 54, PAGES 59 THROUGH 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
