NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Ex-Parte Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated November 18, 2016 and Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2016, Entered in Case No. 2015-004615-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Trust Mortgage, LLC, is Plaintiff, and Freda Yager; Unknown Spouse of Freda Yager; Frank W. Gonyea, Sr.; Unknown Spouse of Frank W. Gonyea, Sr.; Unknown Tenant(s); and all Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under and against the above named Defendants who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may claim an interest as spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. At 10:00 a.m. on December 20, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 6, BLOCK 9, PASADENA HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE(S) 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 1201 55TH ST S GULFPORT, FL 33707.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
