BURKETT, DECEASED; RUSSELL BURKETT; ROY BURKETT ; RANDELL BURKETT A/K/A RANDY BURKETT ; ROY BURKETT AS NOMINATED PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF LAWRENCE E.
