NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2016, and entered in 13-011326-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF DARLENE A. WERT, DECEASED; PEGGY A. LENAHAN AS PERSUMPTIVE ESTATE ADMINISTRATOR; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION, A PUBLIC CORPORATION ; TOWN APARTMENTS, INC., NO. 9, A CONDOMINIUM are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 17, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
