NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 23, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015CA002967AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors, INC., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, MANA Series 2007-A3 is the Plaintiff and Ralph Davies; Kathryn Davies a/k/a K M Davies; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for GreenPoint Mortgage Funding, Inc.; Country Oaks Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Paradise Enterprise Services, Inc.; Destiny Enterprise Services, Inc.; Hazel Wingate; Phil Wingate are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 27th day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK A, COUNTRY OAKS, PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
