NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 8, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-3971 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER R. JOYNER, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10TH day of January, 2017 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The following described real estate located in Manatee County, Florida:
Lot 13, Lamp Post Place, Phase I, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 31, Pages 114 through 117, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
