The East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 14, Township 29 South, Range 23 East, Less right-of-way for Cherry Lane, all lying and being in Polk County, Florida.
Property address: 1525 Cherry Lane, Lakeland, FL 33811, will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com, on December 28, 2016, at 10:00 a.m.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
