NOTICE is given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure against Defendant, Thomas E. Pastor dated on the 26th day of November, 2016, in the above-styled case in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 AM on the 29th day of December, 2016, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment:
Unit 102, in Building No.3, Charleston Square Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration thereof recorded on March 24, 1998 in Official Records Book 2401, Page 1615, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as amended together with an undivided share of the common elements appurtenant thereto
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus of the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Judgment must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
